The Indian Menopause Society invites Academicians, Clinicians, Researchers, and Postgraduates to submit their original work for Oral Paper and E-Poster Presentation.

Time Lines for Abstract Submission
- Abstract Submission Deadline by midnight 12 AM on 15th January
- Notification of Acceptance will be sent by 31st January 2026
- Final Schedule of Presentation will be sent by 15th February 2026
Prize Categories for E-Poster and Oral Paper will be
- Junior Category: Junior Residents /Post Graduates /Senior Residents /Consultant within 5 years of passing Post Graduation
- Senior Category: Consultant/Faculty /Practitioners after 5 years of passing Post Graduation
Guidelines for Free Paper & Poster Abstract Submission
- Conference registration is mandatory prior to submission.
- Those submitting an abstract for Oral Paper /E Poster may register at Early Bird Rates until 30th September 2025 as a special offer
- One delegate can submit only a single abstract; either an Oral Paper or E-Poster
- Free Paper/E- Poster should not have been presented at any other conference and should not have been published in any journal or any previous conference proceedings
- The abstract should be an original research work or case report.
- The title should be brief (not more than 25 words)
- The word limit for the abstract is 300 words
- Avoid the use of tables, graphs, images, or references in the abstract
- Abstracts received after the last date will not be considered.
- Abstracts cannot be modified once they are submitted
- The online presentation is not permitted
- Please send the abstract from your personal email ID only for proper communication, and also include your mobile number.
- Certificate from HOD, certifying the resident, is mandatory for all Post-Graduate submissions, along with the abstract
- Self-attested statement to be submitted by Practitioners /Consultants/Faculties in support of their years of experience for consideration in the Senior /Junior award category for their presentation.
- The Abstract submitted will be reviewed by the scientific committee; only those abstracts meeting the above criteria will be accepted, and intimation will be sent by email by 31st January 2026.
